Where is the party room?
The party room is at the Portage Trail location with a separate entrance from the main dining room. The address is 1043 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls Ohio 44221.
How much is it to rent the party room?
The cost is $25 per hour with a two hour minimum payable upon reservation.
How is the food ordered?
Food and beverage are ordered directly off the menu to your server. You may order in advance from our catering menu at least one day prior to the event. *You may not bring in any outside food except cakes/desserts and dry snacks such as pretzels and chips.
Do you provide the plates, napkins, and cups, etc?
We provide all the paper products for food. You may bring your own themed paper items. You may want to bring your own serving pieces if you are providing snacks or your own cake.
Can we bring in our own cake, snacks, appetizers or party favors?
You may bring in cake/desserts and dry snacks such as chips and pretzels only. No outside beverages or soft drinks are allowed.
Is the deposit refundable if the party is cancelled?
The deposit will be refunded if a party is cancelled within seven days of your reservation otherwise we will want to reschedule.
Can we have team sports parties?
The party room is ideal for a team party for baseball, basketball, or soccer teams.
How many video games are there?
There are fifteen games.
Is there a TV?
Yes we have a stereo and a flat screen TV, but we do not have cable. The flat screen has HDMI inputs if you need to hook up a device. We do NOT have a CD player.
What is your room capacity?
The room will seat 40 people. There are four 60 inch round tables with eight chairs each and two four person booths. We can squeeze in a few more chairs but it begins to get tight.
What forms of payment do you take?
We take cash or credit card. We do not accept checks. A 20% tax and gratuity will be added to all parties. 6.75% is state sales tax and 13.25% is the tip. If you feel that the experience was good you can tip more!
